Bug: 0,5 second Ringtones not working + musicplayer stops playing [duplicate]

i try some 0,5 seconds Ringtones, like Car-Lock sound, but the phone dont play that and cant be use like a Call/Notification tone. If i edit the Sound and put some milli seconds to the file, than it works.

AND: The Musikplayer stop Playing music if ther play a short ringtone under 1 second!
