Device-lock readability in sunshine

Now that I've turned the device-lock on for my phone, I have trouble unlocking it in the sunshine. The digits are rather hard to read regarding size and contrast, and I really need to look for some shade to be able to unlock the device. Could be improved, I should say.

I agree with this. It's also a problem when typing/reading SMS. The outgoing messages are hard to read.

Improved, yes; I wouldn't say "solved". :) But yes, it's better now.

yeah it's better now. i think the whole sailfishos ui is not quite "sun friendly"..

@velimir, you are right in that... It's a design decision that's not easy to fix, light on dark just isn't good in bright light, or to readability in general.

@stephan, right now you'd be surprised – in the Finnish summer it's never dark :) But the UI must have been designed for the Finnish winter!
