CPU frequency and voltage control

Does Jolla hardware support CPU frequency and voltage control? I'd like to try some underclocking/volting.

You can change the cpu frequency governor at least, probably also enable/disable allowed frequencies. Voltages/overclocking is a can of worms, so those probably aren't enabled by default. http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=1416970&postcount=370
