I've done a full reset of my jolla, after configuratiion and updates jolla store didn't let me to download more than few app, I've tried to give commands on terminal or re-reset my device more times, but nothing changed. A guy suggested me to delete and reenter in the jolla account, but agsin it failed, after that, I have registered a new jolla account with a different email and it worked. This means I have to register a new email everytime I do a reset....

Actually it is not working for me either. I was able to update 1.0.3.8, but now I am stuck. I tried different accounts, but it didn't help.

What can I do now?

I can confirm this. I did a complete reset of my phone before the upgrade to 1.0.4.20. I thought you never know. If I'd knew before that a reset of the device would send me back to 1.0.0.5, I probably wouldn't have done this. Even worse, I then had to reinstall 1.0.2.5 and 1.0.3.8 before I got 1.0.4.20 offered.

When I finally got there I was only able to install around 9 of the Jolla apps and not more.

Re-creating the account solved the issue so far, though I haven't reached another 9 apps yet.

Btw, I can only do firmware upgrades while connected to the mobile network. Via WLAN does not work. Is this wanted?

Same here. :( I had also troubles with getting earlier Updates (1.0.3.8) after phone reset. I couldn't install more the a couple of Jolla-Apps either, even before resetting the phone. In fact, that was the reason why I did reset it... Nevertheless, out of the blue I could upgrade to 1.0.3.8 on sunday.

Edit: I started the 1.0.3.8 Update also on mobile network, because I didn't had any WLAN....
