Bluetooth issues in 1.0.4.20 and 1.0.5.16

Hi,

After the new update I resolved try once again the pairing with the bluetooth in my car, a VW Golf Variant 2013. The problem with the sync of the contacts is partially resolved, now it show only the contacts in the phone, the contacts in google account is a no show. Another problem with bluetooth is when listen to music, sometimes the sound is stopped and resumed right after, normally is fast, but sometimes it takes a while (3 a 4 seconds).

This is catastrophic failure and must be fixed ASAP!

i have problem using my Philip shb9000 bluetooth headphones. pairing is a pain but works if being persistent, and controls doesn't work at all (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP )

My bluetooth refused to switch on after the update, dmesg reported it was disabled due to rfkill. Even a reboot didn't help, but it started working again after I took the battery out for a few minutes. I haven't dared disable it yet.

actually bluetooth work better now, pairing is not an issue after update cross fingers controls works fine - skipping songs etc :-) Does not work with spotify though. i haven't had any incoming calls while using headphones after update so unsure if that works..

@mario The problem with contacts sync is being worked on and hopefully resolved soon.

@tigeli: I cannot connect my Jolla at all via bt to my Sony home audio device. I doesn't even find it! With N9 and Nokia 700 there are no problems.

Please help!

Bluetooth doesnt show contacts in paired car bluetooth which is integrated in radio.( Uploading contacts to handsfree device) Also when plugged in via aux (listenin music) and a call is recieved and answered via bluetooth. There is no sound in or out of the phonecall untill aux cord is removed. so far Solved by using N9 as media player and downloading music via spotify offline lists. But it is a pain to carry 2 phones allthetime

would be great if u'd make #Profilematic for Jolla!

and allow it to change notification tones to make sound only in phone, if wanted so it wouldn't stop music playing for 10 seconds at every message or facebook notification tone. or make it automate when connected to spesific car audio system. Ofcourse most important would be timed profiles.
