Suggesting contacts when entering phone by number [duplicate]

When dialing a number instead of browsing the contact list, it would be nice to have suggestion narowwing depending on the beginning numbers. for example: my parents landline starts with 014758... typing 01 would give all the numbers starting by that number typing 0147 would narrow the list typing 014758 would give you the direct number. It can be faster to dial a number that way rather than searching a contact, especially if the contact has more than one number.
It would also be very helpful if you could type the numbers corresponding to the name of the contact you want to call and see suggestions while you type. I have over 300 contacts and calling one would be a lot faster and easier like this, compared to typing their name with the full keyboard or scrolling after selecting the first letter.
