It happen for the first time today. The phone rings, but whatever I do, I can not answer. Also I can not make calls and I'm unable to see call-history either. Call application indicate "Loading..." and close shortly after that. Phone reset did not cured problem.

Ok, problem solved.
Friends-integration package mess up the things, so I have to reinstall sailfish-components-contacts-qt5 package
For record here is how to reinstall sailfish-components-contacts-qt5
[nemo@localhost ~]$ devel-su Password: [root@localhost nemo]# pkcon remove friends-integration [root@localhost nemo]# pkcon install sailfish-components-contacts-qt5 [root@localhost nemo]# reboot&&exit
