After a crash (blinking green LED) I tried logging on to the Jolla store, but when I go to 'My apps' it says "You do not have any installed apps", but of course I do have apps installed. I have tried removing and adding the Jolla account again but that didn't help. I cannot install any new apps from the store either as that just results in endless 'Waiting'.

Also, this might be related, after the crash all icons on my home screen were completely rearranged, as in this issue.

Furthermore, several applications just refuse to start up anymore.

I have tried rebooting but that fixes none of these problems.

This seems like a very serious bug to me.

If anyone has a solution for this I would like to hear it.

Edit: I have just factory reset my Jolla and that seems to have solved the store problem.

similar happened to me tonight:suddenly green flashing LED, all apps were closed and I wad thrown back to home screen. when i open the store a message says a critical error with the app registry occurred . my icons were not shuffled, but the browser behaves weirdly (back does not work, on restart a page from long ago is opened, etc.)

after reboot, opening store and briwser, closing them, waiting a bit it works again .

Hi, this is not a bug or anything alike; it happened to me several times, when I tried to access the store just after having connected to the Internet or immediately after a reboot.

Just close the store-app, wait some time, restart it and there you should be.

Cheers

Roland

Hi, I know that it sometimes happens when you've just rebooted, but I have tried waiting for at least half an hour and that didn't change anything.

Hi, has your internet-Connection been active all the time or did you try to open after you just or recently connected to the Internet? - Cheers - Roland

The connection had been active all the time.

Hm, so that didn't have any influence. Is there anythinh else, you did just before you tried? Like, opened a Android-app or something alike?

No, nothing out of the ordinary. The internet connection worked in other apps so it was very odd.

This same thing happened to me last week. Somehow, I managed to break the rpm database. Unfortunately, at least in my case, nothing could be done.

If you still get the command prompt / terminal, try to back up your phone and be sure to transfer all the necessary to computer or cloud service. You can try for example, Syncevolution etc. https://openrepos.net/content/ovekaaven/syncevolution .

After this there was no other option than to Reset Device. And start all over again. Unfortunately ....
