When browser is zoomed in within a page it starts to flicker

When web site is zoomed the browser renders the page again and during rendering the items in the page flickers/flashes. I can reproduce this at least in Ebay web site.
Update: In SFOS 2.1.0.11 on Intex Aquafish during ANY website loading, if you zoom into a website section that is visible, the whole window becomes unstable flashing between the zoomed in and zoomed out state. The only way it stops is when loading of the website has completed and when you zoom again by pinching in or out!
