After updating to the latest update 1.0.4.20 there is still no apparent way to show mails from hotmail/outlook.com as HTML. All mails received are still received as plain text with an option to download images (even in-line ones) manually.

Can we please have an option to download all HTML mails as HTML and text mails as text. This should all be in the MIME description per mail surely?

How did you setup your hotmail/outlook account? Exchange Active Sync, IMAP, something else?

Exchange Active Sync.

Receiving HTML mail correctly on the N9 using Exchange Active Sync worked well after adding a small application called MeMailSettings where you could enable said feature.

Indeed, please vote up if this 'feature' annoys you too to get it further highlighted - thanks.

Exchange version 14 is now supported for accounts that don't support version 12, this affects outlook.com mainly.

Fixed in Sailfish 1.0.7.16, Saapunki, account re-creation is needed, if you still have issues please comment here.

After updating to Sailfish 1.0.7.16, Saapunki, emails to my hotmail.com/outlook.com accounts work better. Better as in perfect in my limited experience.
New emails which could not be displayed before (due to size/graphics) are now working. Going back to older mails that had problems with displaying the full content work fine too.

No re-creation of any account was done for this to work for me (so far).

PS! Love the 'download images automatically' toggle from email settings, I have it set of course.

Thank you very much VDVsx for improving on this feature!
