Phone shutdown itself, fixed only by 10min battery removal

My phone shut itself down tomorow, when I was just about to answer a call. Did'nt seem to do anything after that, no reaction to charger or anything.

Removed battery for 10minutes, and it seems to be fine now. Battery at 44% now.

Nope not the same, because it was totally bricked until 10minute battery removal. Havent experienced one like that before.

@beeki there has been many different self shutdown and reboot problems (or at least it seems to be different, but maybe the cause is the same) and a few posts raised regarding these problems, but I think that there should be a centralized place where people should comment and answer these problems and the question @Markkyboy is reffering to is that place ( There you will find that you are not the first one with the exact same problem, please see ("Only solution is to take out the battery, it won't even restart without this.")
