Documents app shows "ghost" documents

I had a couple of documents in my SD card. They were found ok by the tracker and shown in the app before the Ohijarvi update. Now, after the uodate, the SD card has "moved", and those documents are still listed in Documents, but they can't be opened nor deleted.

Now I have removed those docs from the card using File Browser, but they keep showing in Documents !?

Reboot hasn't helped.

Do you have sailfish utilities installed? There you have different possibilities to reindex. I had a similar problem with media files and photos

@nemirova - since this question was asked & answered, the command for tracker has changed.

tracker reset -e is my preferred command.

You can reset tracker database from terminal:

tracker-control -r

then start tracker again using command:

tracker-control -s

Yes, but that is a workaround, not a solution/fix. :-)

Yes it is, I was lazy when writing that message and didn't mention it. It helped me to get away that problem and shared it, if someone else is strugling with the same problem and want's to get rid of it before bug is fixed.

Got the same exactly problem after upgrade to 2.2.0.29 version. - ghost docs are listed in the Documents and can not be removed. Tried suggested workaround to no avail: [root@Sailfish nemo]# tracker-control -r bash: tracker-control: command not found ?

tried tracker reset -e and it did not help. still showing ghost documents which can not be deleted. I wonder where is the index file responsible for the Documents list - perhaps force purge it somehow?
