At the moment you can 'like' an app only in the store itself. Some Android apps even ask you to like them. It would be nice if I could see from the app lancher screen which apps I liked. And if I could like an app in the app delete screen (after a long tap) that would be even more awesome.

The app-delete screen could be used as a comprehensive app management screen. Perhaps we could also get to the app settings from that screen, instead of having to go through the settings app?
The user interface would need to be unlike to fit more options than delete on that screen :-) Not just the standard "push on the x to delete".
Perhaps you place your finger on the icon and you immediately (without delay) get a gesture-menu to swipe to (i.e. picture icons for menu alternatives expand into a circle around the app icon, and you swipe to the one you like). If you release your finger without swiping, the menu immediately disappears, and the menu circle has holes at the top and bottom to allow up and down scroll.
Perhaps there doesn't even need to be a special mode for this, perhaps this could be done directly from the app launcher screen.

After the long-press, perhaps the stars can be larger to be able to select the right amount of stars. Or perhaps some other clever interaction could be invented by a good UX designer. :-)
