On the messages application, I have discussions with contact with the same first name. When receiving a sms from one of them, their discussions are merged into one discussion. The discussion are not merged anymore after a reboot.
Edit (2014-04-14): It is even worse with the version 1.0.5.16: the discussions are always merged, even after a reboot!

I found the reason of this behavior: It seems that the contact from my sim card have been automatically imported, and the imported contact have been merged by first name (the name is missing). Then, on my contact, I have for instance Toto XXX with number xxx and Toto YYY with number yyy. The imported contact is Toto with numbers xxx and yyy. When receiving a sms from xxx, Sailfish detect that it is from Toto XXX and Toto, but the number of Toto is also yyy, and the number yyy is also the number of Toto YYY. Thus, the discussion is interpreted as a discussion with Toto XXX, Toto and Toto YYY.
