Preference to add outgoing call prefix

Hi!
I am using my jolla with my workphone, certain numbers i would like to add a pre-defined prefix.
One way: Add a field to the contact "Prefix" = "xxx". And then concatenate the numbers on outgoing call
Other way: A general prefix option for all calls made.
Yet another way: Contacts can be assigned a group with a name. Like "Fiends" and the group friends has a prefix added to them on out going calls.
