Screen goes black, LED flashes?

I have a problem with previous update ( don't know if it's fixed in latest update ). Sometimes my screen goes black and the LED flashes green ( incoming call ) although when i look in my call history I don't see anything, also during this 'call' I can't access any of the apps because the screen goes black and also all the apps close. After this call ended the phone instantly goes to the lock screen and I have to re-enter my unlock pin.

It may be. Have a read through the release notes. There is a lot to read!

I think this is a known issue and is reported on this site.

If the green blinking was really rapid, then it was not missed call indicator but indication that display could not be turned on because ui / lipstick process was not responsive. The fact that apps were closed and device lock code prompted probably means lipstick needed to be restarted before display recovered.
