I've managed to accidentally create several Jolla accounts. One in the early days, another one with my Jolla, and a third one later through account.jolla.com. I have access to all the accounts but I intend to use only one of them (duh).
Is there a way to delete a user account? I couldn't find a way neither in accounts nor together.

I had the same problem (two accounts) and created an issue/request at https://jolla.zendesk.com/. Took some time (iirc 2 weeks) but then they deleted my accidentially created account. All fine.
Why you are deleting your account this platform is good and every day new members are join here. Here I am making the australian writing page and many students are daily visiting my page and buy the services if you have any problem then share with us maybe your problem solve.

One thing you have to be careful with: You can delete your Jolla account through the web interface; but for some reason the Jolla accounts database still stores the email address for that deleted account. If you create a new account, e.g. under a different user name, but with the same email address from your device directly, the 2nd account will get created. The Jolla settings app will report an error, but was created in the database in my case. You can have the system send the confirmation email address through the web interface. If you confirm the account and then try to reset the password, the system will report that there are two user accounts with the same email address. In that case you have create an issue/request with Jolla support as well.
