Hello.

I have a problem with my Exchange account on my Jolla. If I try to set up connection, after filling all the fields in the settings, I get an error message - "Problem with checking credentials" . And the account is not saved with the list of accounts in the Settings.

I had this problem on 1.0.4.20 and after update to 1.0.5.16 nothing has changed :( I know that is the problem that Jolla not support provisioning.

I read topics like this: https://together.jolla.com/question/26630/exchange-2013-cannot-add-account/ https://together.jolla.com/question/27096/closeddisable-exchange-policies/

But I can't create account, it's settings are not saved. And I can not turn it off in the settings of your account, because the account does not exist.

@alpha6 - "Problem with checking credentials" with not related to provisioning, that's checked in the next step, please make sure you username(many times different from email address), password and server address is correct. This error is shown when connection to the server can't be done due to invalid credentials.

Password and username is correct. I copied address of the server from my Outlook account on the desktop.

@alpha6 - Does your account also has a 'domain' ? if so you need to add it as well in the separated field for that propose and not with the username like used to be in outlook(DOMAIN\username in outlook should be separated in the phone)

Not sure if it can help, but if your exchange account is not saved because of incorrect settings(e.g. provision) or credentials you can try the following: set up the exchange account from settings, fill in whatever info you have. after that move the settings window in the background and then close it. after that go to accounts again and now you should see it in the list of accounts, and you can play with the settings.
