Android apps cannot access phone function directly

Hi

I installed a baby monitor android app to the phone, the point is that while my baby is sleeping, i put the phone next to him and the device will call me if baby wakes up and makes noise.

Works nicely as far as the baby making noise, but then there is a sailfish level popup "request for call, allow or cancel".

I guess I cannot teach my baby to call dad when we wakes up just yet :) This means that I would need to allow this spesific android app to use the phone (and sms) functions without separate confirmation. I could even allow all android apps to do this, but I have not found a way how to do this.

Kind regards, Kalle

I'm currently working on a native baby monitor app. I can't promise a release date yet, but if there is demand for it, this might motivate me ;-)

Same problem here. Is it possible to implement a white list with trusted numbers for android apps? Or is your native app ready, birefringence?
