Release developer news straight to the device

Since Jolla now officially gets the data of who have switched on the developer mode, I suggests it will be used for the benefit of developers. Yes, there is mailing list and so on, but this sounds better to me:
- Add a section "Developer news" to settings or store client, visible only to those with dev mode enabled.
- Via this section, send news of API changes, harbour restriction changes etc. when they're decided and when they are done, so developers can get ready for the changes. Currently there have been some unpleasant surprises for devs of some apps.
- This channel could be used to get developer feedback also.
So how about it?
