With 1404 SDK update YAML editor has been removed. YAML files are opened as plain txt files, which is just fine. I know that adding syntax highlight definitions for YAML is trivial (Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> Generic Highlighter -> Download defintions), but as .yaml (and .spec, to some extent) files are an integral part of a SailfishOS developer's experience can you provide syntax highlight definitions for those file formats out-of-the-box?

The spec file is already now highlighted, isn't it? I will add the yaml highlighter into the next update to Qt Creator.

No, it is not: opening a .spec file says "A highlight definition was not found for this file..."

Hmm for me it doesn't say that,..

ahaa I have this directory in my host machine (/usr/share/kde4/apps/katepart/syntax) and Qt Creator looks there to find the highlighter for spec files on my machine. Ok will add the spec highlighter next time too :)
