I was wondering if there ir a possibility of building a TOH to support 3g in unsupported country, (i really do not know, if i2c can handle the data speed transfer of a 3g module, or making nfc comunication with the phone).

Both have way too low bandwith to even handle 3G speeds. Seems like quite a useless exercise. However you could use nfc or i2c to control a 3G modem and pass data over USB eventually (although that is also not going to be immediately evident.

i2c isn't hugely fast but you could probably get a solid 1Mbit/sec out of it unless the phone has specific limitations there. You'd also need a radio chip, antenna, SIM card, and so on, so basically you'd be strapping a cell phone onto the back of your cell phone which might end up costing you a lot in battery life. I considered getting one of those 4G wi-fi hotspots and just carrying that around so I could have better than 2G data, but haven't yet.

wifi should work, but it's much easier to just get a portable umts-hotspot
