Low sound during calls

There is already a thread about that, but I cant wait forever. What can I do? I'm the only one? During calls I can't hear well my contacts that can hear me well. So i need to use the loudspeaker .. really not normal....
I can't go on like that and I'm ready to go back to my Lumia. I saw that other clients have this problem but I can't find any answer neither any comment from Jolla. It's a shame..it's not a little bug.
Someone can help me?

As I understand this is a hardware fault, and I have allready tried to reset my phone to factory settings, but there was no change.

enki ( 2014-04-22 00:12:24 +0300 )editI had very annoyingly low volume during calls so I made a factory reset, and the volume turned up, maybe doubled. After installing updates again, it did not change. So for me, it is a partial succes. Only partial, because I still have to use it on maximum, but finally I am able to make calls. I am pretty sure it is not the speaker, because it does not distorts like hell, so maybe it could be amplified further, tweaked in software. I also expect the same volume as music playback on my headset, but it is not, there a phone call is also more quiet.
