Searching contacts in the global Exchange directory.

Cuold this also be linled to People? So if I don't have a number stored for a person in my company I could search it from People section?

@Jarii I think that is the right to be implemented - Exchange directory search in both Mail and Contacts. But @VDVsx can comment on that.

Yes the correct way IMO is via people and respective pickers that are used in the apps(email, messages, ...)

@VDVsx I see that some new features in Exchange are coming in new update 1.0.5.x What about Contact search in Global DB?

not only search, but i would like to be able to add the contact into contacts database as well (accessed via People application).

slightly less popular (but a dream) is if you can view the free/busy status of the person. this is important when setting up calendar meetings with people.

Support for Online Address Book (a.k.a. Global Address List) for Exchange accounts is included in the Sailfish OS release 3.3.0.

I would also like to be able to have a more detailed view of the calendars appointments. 1. list of attendees 2. who accepted / rejected meeting requests 3. ability to reject / accept / mark as tentative meeting requests 4. ability to view attachments in meeting requests

Unfortunately it si "roadmap" tagged and stated as "coming" since @VDVsx post in December 2014. Still not included 7 months later...
