Hello everyone!

I'm new to using Sailfish OS but have experience with Linux in general.

I was told on twitter that calls are fully functional on Early Adopters version 2 for Nexus 4 so I installed today but WiFi, mobile data nor call audio and mic are working at all.

I can make phone calls but no one can hear me. Cannot connect to wifi network nor mobile data. And I can get calls and texts (and send) but I hear no volume notification. Does anyone have the same issues or can someone help? Thanks!!

I am suffering with the same issue with EA3. wifi is not working fine, able to answer or dial someone - but mic or audio not working. Anyone can tell me what went wrong.

Stock with 4.2.2, cwm recovery, then cm 10.1.3 and then flashed with Sailfish EA3 over it. Anything I am missing here?

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue you originally had (no audio at all with the "muted" notification at the top of the screen, no wifi) however, my mobile data is working fine.

You say you "reinstalled everything correctly" - could you elaborate on that please?

I did a complete wipe, then installed CM 10.1.3 in Recovery (Team Win), then installed the rom on top of this. It all seemed to boot fine, and as far as I can tell, everything works apart from the lack of audio and wifi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm keen to get this rom working correctly.

Cheers.

Glad it's working for you nosferatu. Now that EA3 is out would you mind closing this one ? :)

For future reference, and because I ran into the same problem when installing EA3 - in my case, the issue was that I hadn't restored to the correct (older) version of Android before flashing CM and Sailfish. Presumably I had some newer drivers that weren't included with CyanogenMod. This may have been what OP did as well.
