[Feature request] Landscape support when tilted to the right [released]
While most Android apps and some 3rd party Sailfish apps supports landscape mode in both sides, the official Jolla apps that supports landscape mode, only support it if you tilt the phone to the right.
However as a left-handed user I tend to tilt the phone to the right when I want use an app in landscape and I therefore suggest support for landscape mode in both sides, also when you tilt the phone to the right.
I think the "only to the left" landscape was a decision by the design team.

The phone, like Symbian phones, has two orientations: portrait (top is the side near the speaker) and landscape (top is the side containing the volume rocker). Adding a second landscape orientation is useless and makes it impossible, for example, to display images upside down (unless you put the phone on a horizontal surface).

You can of course have a left/right handed mode.
Simply add it to the orientation selection list. Portrait, Dynamic left, Dynamic right, left, right. Easy, isn't it?
MoritzJT ( 2014-04-24 21:26:39 +0300 )editAgreed, and its not just a matter of right/left-handity. If you have a case on your phone that has this cover flap or whatever there (like i do), it always opens to the left. Therefore it should have landscape also to the right, if the phone is used on a surface, such as a table, it can kind of lean to the case flap there.
