Outlook problem with sync [answered]

Durign the past few days I have not been abled to send any email using my Jolla and the company Outlook account. however, all incoming emails work 100%. sad to say on a saturday. Error on home screen says "problem with Sync"

gmail works.

@Keso - Please check if there's some email stuck in the outbox of that account. Are you using Exchange or normal IMAP ?

@VDVsx Nothing in the outbox. I am using Exchange.

@Keso - All failed email should stay in outbox, this probably means that the emails are send after, maybe network issue ? Can you please try again, send the email and check if it stays on the outbox or if is received in the other side. Thanks.

@VDVsx Tried it, outbox is empty. The messages are somewhere in space but never reaching the recipient. Switching between nobile network at the office and wireless at home. Have also restarted and taken the battery away for a while. Still problem persists.

@Keso - Can you check if they are on the send folder in the device and also in the server side ? Thx.
