I suggest to attach a new page to the page "My apps" in Jolla Store, which lists the change logs for all apps that are ready to update or have been recently updated (e.g. within last 24 hours).

So it would be easy to look up what to expect from the update either before, while or after installing it. Currently, you need at least 2 clicks, scrolling and one click back for each app to check this information, which is a lot if there is more than one app to update. Users might be missing out on great new features, because the info is not easily accessible.

(It would also be a nice place to display the download size, to help deciding whether to update now or later.)

The page could be made available from the "My Apps" page by swiping to the left (or clicking a button), the hierarchy of the suggested page could e.g. look roughly like this:

What's new

Ready to update

Supercool App (Version 1.4 - 84 KB)

  • Fixed handling of special characters
  • Added option to remember last page

Another nice App (Version 0.3 - 188 KB)

  • Performance improvements

Recently updated

Good app (Version 1.1)

  • Added Finnish translation
  • Added landscape support
