Hello, I just want to know : what kind of DAC is shipped with the Jolla phone actually ? Does it supports 192KHz ?

I think pulseaudio downsamples 192 to 48. Anyway 192kHz i pretty much pointless. You don't need it. Anyone who argues about that has no idea who Nyquist and Shannon were.
With the move towards digital formats being an "audiophile" has become less expensive. You only need a DAC, an Amp and headphones/speakers depending how you want to listen to your music. On the format front 16bit/44.1k should be more than enough for the majority of stuff (someone could argue for a few extra resolution bits) as long as the mastering is proper. On the equipment front your pocket is the limit.
