Cannot perform system update [answered]

Every time I click install update (1.0.2.5), the progress bar shows up and disappears right away, then the phone reboots. In system --> about, it still shows version 1.0.1.12.

Already tried pkcon install store-client and pkill store-client, it doesn't help.

I also tried the pkcon & pkill commands. It helps to avoid the store to crash but impossible to download the update. The only solution that works for me was a factory reset and I lost everything.
