After the 1.0.4 update android file explorers stopped working. I have tested es explorer , solid explorer, and others and the result is always the same, the android app closes. I use these explorers because i can't relete some files in android memory space with native explorers, the result is always the same " Permission denied" Tested with filetug, file browser and files. Cargo dock only allows to copy/link the files, not removing them. How could remove them? Maybe via terminal? Why android file explorers stopped working?

A possibly related issue I just noticed is that Skype does not show recent photos when trying to select them for sending. Only some old photos appear, which could indicate a change in recent updates.

There is a root launcher for Cargo Dock available from OpenRepos [https://openrepos.net/content/schturman/startasroot-cargodock] With this you can run Cargo Dock as root and remove files from the Android space.

Android OI File Manager (Yandex store) still works. However, Android apps do not see all files (e.g. files in /home/nemo/.config).

Thanks, Android OI worked. I only needed to manage android memory space, the other explorers work well in the rest of the memory.

As a summary: Just tested it with ES File Explorer and inKa File Manager: Seems to work very well with latest update. Furthermore (like suggested above) it is possible to install a rooted Sailfish file browser (available here https://openrepos.net/search/node/startasroot) which lets you access and change files in Android folder.
