Exchange and POP3 accounts should not have "Get more mails" option [released]

With outlook account, get more emails does not work ?
When i open EMAIL app, i can send and receive emails. Opening exchange account, i see all emails, but when i pull up in bottom, there is option "get more emails" which does not work. It tryes to update something, but there is no error msg or anything. It has never worked.
Edit: Exchange and POP3 accounts should not have "Get more mails" option available, since is not supported, those are time based or element based.
If you have a problem like this, it is useful to provide more context so people can answer more easily. What steps have you tried to update the emails? Has it ever worked for you!
