Can you please tell us why you are so disappointed at least?

Bluetooth problem with car kit, no contact list. Very few native apps. Unstable sw and/or hw, reboots, inconsistent connections with wireless and/or data Quality of the hw versus price. LTE but no LTE... released 6 months ago.. No native turn-by-turn navigation software, only a map sw that tells your location and the path to a destination...

I think there are too many issues for a phone that I use professionally and too expensive to be a toy...

With the N9, for a abandoned device by Nokia, I didn't had this many issues...

Sure, there are issues, but we all knew that from the very beginning. Your comments for N9 are correct, but comparison is not fair, Jolla does not have neither the resources nor the time Nokia spent. It is surprising that Jolla has to develop the os and core apps from scratch tho. I hope future releases will improve stability and provide a better navigation experience.

If your phone suffers from the rebooting, I'd suggest you get in touch with care@jollasupport.com before you sell it.

Sold mine on eBay, hoped for a higher price but it went for £275 (€335).

First I don't think that together.jolla.com is the right place for such questions, as you can sell your Jolla like any other device. Nowadays there are many possibilities to sell something online - BUT there's one thing you have to be careful with electronic devices you want to ship abroad (if that's the case): Li-ion batteries. Make sure your postal service (and the one of the recipient) accepts Li-ion batteries or follow the specific rules they have. Otherwise there's FedEx, DHL and co. which don't have such rules concerning batteries found in smartphones but have higher shipping costs.

Sorry to hear you haven't gotten happy with your Jolla and I hope you find a purchaser.
