[Bug] WLAN-selection has higher priority than PIN-entry

If you disable all your internet connections and reboot your Jolla with a locked SIM the WLAN selection/connection bar will pop up and overlays the whole PIN-entry page. You have first to tap on the screen so that the connection notification disappears and you are able to enter your PIN-code.
Update:
This is not happening after every reboot but if it's happening you will be able to connect to a WIFI network and have to directly enter the PIN.
Gave a vote since this sounds rather serious issue, as now if someone steals your phone, even if he does not know your PIN code, can enable network and all the services which are configured automatically to use network like email sync and such. Causing possible extra phone bill.
