If you double tap on one active cover the homescreen will swipe up, down and up again before the app will be opened.

There also could be added some other functional features for the double-tap-action... :)

Edit: This is fixed in v1.1.0.38. You will still experience a glitch if you tap the active cover 3 times but I think this is not relevant... :)

Is there a reason for double tapping? I know there are still people who double click weblinks and/or startmenu entries etc. But shouldn't we just get used to single click actions after all these years ;) Btw. I somehow cannot reproduce this glitch.

Cheers

When you single tap an active cover the screen is pulled down just to view the clock/battery/etc before the app opens. If you double tap a cover the screen is pulled down twice, which seems like something you experienced. Doesn't look like a bug to me. Looks like a bug.

Or then I'm unable to reproduce whatever you're seeing.

I'd still say it's a bug. There should be something in place that detects if a cover has already been tapped, that then prevents other covers from being tapped or something like that, so visual oddities like this don't happen.

You're right. Tapping should be disabled after the first tap. Especially since double tapping covers isn't specified.
