[Bug] Sometimes redial dials to random number from call log

This is something which has happened to me twice. First time I though I somehow made it accidentally, but second time I'm now sure it happened by a bug.
I made a phone call to my mum which I let run like a minute. During that minute, I didn't hear any dial tone so I hanged up and pressed redial button. The redial did not receive any answer, but I heard dial tone normally. After a while I hang up and noticed the phone UI showing a weird number, not of my mom's.
I put the number on fonecta and found out the weird number was for a tire company which I had made a call earlier in the same week, so the number was picked from my call log. I now have two entries in the call log which of first one shows the call for my mom, and the other one to the tire company.
Redial definitely should have been calling to the same number again but it didn't. I wonder if this has something to do with the fact that the earlier call did not have the dial tone even from the UI it said it was dialing. Anyway, even if the first call was somehow buggy, the redial to the same number should not call to a random number from my call log.
Happened to me too couple times and it happens it again if l try to call the same number as before. Shutdown n turnback on helped but it was annoying the first time when l was trying to call and it connected to a number l had sent a message just earlier. doubt it has anything to do with it but that's all l noticed.
