Settings: add "Favorites" label to make fav functionality more obvious [not relevant]

It took me months and this platform (this answer, to be exact) to find out that the four switches (airplane/WiFi/mobile data/bluetooth) on top of the settings app are actually favorites, which can be customized by long-pressing them or some of the settings items.

If there had just been a label "Favorites" or a star icon, I would probably have had the idea to long-press and see what happens, so I suggest to add likewise.

PS: regardless of this, it might also help to have a context menu indicator, but this is not part of this feature request.

In SFOS2, favorite settings moved to the events screen (special pulley menu) and there is a custom page for configuring this in the events settings section.
