Moving icon/knobs in call screen

I have notice that sometimes when you talk in the phone, my ear have touch the screen and turn "off" the mic or "on" the speaker !! Would moving the icons/knobs to the bottom of the screen just this problem !? And as a "quick fix" ? Or a fix my ears !! XD
