Does the Jolla support Graffiti-writing (Android) app? From Palm times I used to write using Graffiti - it's much faster than typing by little keyboard with fingers.

There isn't such an app available (yet) for Sailfish OS. You certainly can install the Android version, but that won't affect the Sailfish keyboard and therefore it is pretty much useless. So no, that's not possible until someone develops such a Graffiti-writing keyboard for Jolla.
