If an error occurs when tweeting, tweet should not be lost [not relevant]

Currently if there is a connection error, or similar, when sending out a tweet, a notification will appear. If, however, you tap on the notification it simply disappears and nothing happens. The tweet is lost with no option to resend. Rather annoying!
As there is still no checking of tweet length when sharing an image to twitter, it is very easy to loose your tweet due to an error when sharing an image.
