I get this error message when trying to install or update or check for updates in warehouse app:

Error occured

Transaction /3250_bceabace Status:repo-not-available Extra details: Authentication failed (is SSU set up correctly?)

The problem occured after the OS update where you were supposed to disable all openrepos reposities. After that I haven't been able to use the openrepos app even though i enabled the reposities again. Haven't yet found a solution to fix this...

I have been able to install new app from openrepos by downloading directly from openrepos website and installing but i can't install the patchmanager. I only get Problem with installing error message when trying to install it.

This is what I get when running in terminal:

[nemo@Jolla ~]$ ssu domain Device domain is currently: sales

[nemo@Jolla ~]$ pkcon refresh Refreshing cache
Waiting in queue
Waiting for authentication

Fatal error: Authentication failed (is SSU set up correctly?)

[nemo@Jolla ~]$ ssu lr

ANY ideas? I don't want to reset my device or uninstall all apps or anything like that though...

What does "ssu lr" show you?

added ssu lr to the question

Add the output of ssu s; do a pkcon refresh. Check (as root) if there's something interesting in journalctl output. Do you have a store account configured?

Try "ssu release 1.0.5.19"

At least disable the 'home' repository (the one with the word honeybadger in it) with "ssu dr home".

So thanks for your comments!

Disabling the home repository with command ssu dr home seems to have fixed my problem.

Does anybody know why?

The 'home' repository is just an example of an ssu repository and it has no content. Since it has no content or meta data, pkcon refresh fails to load the meta data it requires for that repository and then just gives up.

I think it's there to show users how they can add a repository of their own to the device.

Normally it's in disabled state on the device and it should not get automatically enabled.

Ok. Yeah I remember enabling it manually after the system update... Thx.

The question can be closed now, I can't close it by myself...?
