[UI-Bug?] Keyboard not shown in browser's active cover while peeking

If you are using your browser and the virtual keyboard is open and you will use the peek gesture you will see that the keyboard is not shown on the active cover...

I think that the keyboard should be shown or this empty area (on the active cover) should be filled with the web page like it's done when your browser is minimized.

Active cover is there to show user useful information and seeing VKB really does not provide additional value so that's why its not there in active cover. Currently the content is relayoutted after entering task switcher so that while you peek you get incomplete view. Its true that area should be filled already when peeking, however doing this with good performance has been tricky and thus not yet done.
