The system always appears to give priority to a mobile number in someones details. However, for some people I always call their home or business number first, and use their mobile as a backup.

In fact, our organisation now uses, "one number service" so their landline automatically diverts to the users device ... mobiles are a last minute desperation because the system should automatically know where they are.

So the mobile shouldn't always be forced to the top of the list. A mechanism needs to be in place to count the number of times that each number is used ... and order a persons numbers according to the number of times that I actually call that number.
