Add a user interface to configure and switch on/off VPNs. For my purpose OpenVPN and vpnc ipsec would be the first candidates.

Currently both openvpn and vpnc can be installed and operated via command line. Having a nice GUI integrated with the system settings would be really nice.

Keep in mind that we need multiple VPNs sometimes dependant upon eachother, some you want to have always on, and some are gonna reject you (eg: home network vpn; always on, but if you're at home it's rejected; and that is the expected behavior). With systemd openvpn@foo.service this should be doable
