Quick scroll position optional

I like the new quick scroll feature in Sailfish views, however as i am left-handed i would prefer it to be placed on the left side of the screen, because its hard for me to reach it with one hand.
Is it possible to make an option in settings to choose the preferred placement of quick scroll feature?
