After update to 1.0.7.16, wlan hotspot quickswitch at control center keep staying disabled even after enabling wlan. After i remove the quickswitch from favourites and re-add it through Internet Sharing settings page, it becomes functional, but this process needs to be repeated after every reboot.

Same problem here. Re-adding to favorites only works for me until i restart the settings app.
