copy phone number from phone app? [duplicate]

I get a call. As the phone number is important to me, I want to copy it to a note. Is there a way to do this other than with paper and pencil? There should be!

Seems to be not possible currently. I agree this should be available in the long press menu on call log list.

It is possible. It is a workaround but at least it does the job.
tap the number in the call log
choose save from pulley menu
tap phone (on the right side), the phone number shows up
tap the number (number keyboard shows up at bottom)
long press the number and now you can copy it to clipboard.
