[request] Volume to Next Track [duplicate]

Can we have the feature that the user can use the volume up/down keys to skip to next/previous track? But of course only when the screen is off.
The question has been closed for the following reason "duplicate question" by chemist

I would propose to do this like on blackberry long press on up skips to next and long press on down to previous.
