Tracker eats a lot of disk space [not relevant]

I have on my SD card more then 30000 10 Gb txt files. I did symbolic link to have access from usb connection to my SD card. After that tracker eats all space on rootfs and left 37 Mb only. Will be good to have possibility to disable indexing for SD card.
