Hi there Jolla sailors,

Small bug which was not there in previous versions of Sailfish: when I enter a new contact in addressbook, I can no longer add gsmnumbers only telephone numbers. A bit annoyng when calling, I can not tell if it is a fixedline number or gsmnumber from foreign contacts.

I'm not entirely sure if I understand your question. A phone number is a phone number, no matter if fixed or mobile. The type (mobile, fixed, private, business, fax,...) can be changed with a long press on the input field.

Unless it is a feature of your translation, we were never able to mark numbers as being 'GSM', only as 'Mobile'. You can still do that, but since a number of releases ago, you no longer have to pick a number type when you click the '+ Phone' button - instead it gives an un-typed number by default.

You can still add a mobile number explicitly, however - long-press the '+' button and select the 'Mobile' option, or, after adding the number, long-press on the number and select 'Change type' from the menu that opens.
